Yes, the Pro Cuffs are designed as batting and fielding aids for softball and batting to help a baseball or softball player get better, faster.

What is the Pro Cuffs warranty?
The Pro Cuffs have a one-year warranty on all parts. The Pro Cuffs are designed as baseball and softball hitting and fielding aids and should be used for that purpose only.

Any damage caused to the Pro Cuffs by any throwing motion, attempting to throw a ball, or any other situation in which they were not designed, will VOID any warranty.

The consumer or user has the responsibility for proper care and required use of this baseball and softball hitting and fielding tool and teaching product.

Is our information private?
Yes!  We very are committed to protecting our customer’s privacy.  When you visit our site, we may collect information that is personally identifiable. Information that we automatically receive and record on our server logs comes from your browser. This includes but not limited to:  your IP address, the page(s) you visited and cookie information.  It is our policy that we will not sell your personally identifiable information to anyone.

What is the Pro Cuffs Security Policy?
It is extremely important to us that your personal and payment information is completely safe.  We only use the industry standard when it comes to our security measures.  Our "Top of the Line" Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software we employ is among the best available for a worry free transaction.  All of your personal information will be encrypted.  That includes; names, addresses, credit card numbers, etc.  We do this so important information cannot be seen or read over the Internet by prying eyes.

Pro Cuffs™ Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy:

There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Pro Cuffs website.

  • You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
  • Only items that have been purchased directly from the Pro Cuffs™ website can be returned.  
  • Pro Cuffs™ products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
  • Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the elements and documents that were included when you received it.

How to Return An Item:  

You must first send us an email message to support@theprocuffs.com with the following information:

  • Name
  • Email Address
  • Subject
  • Message ( Your reason for returning the Pro Cuffs™, including the date of purchase and order number.)
  • Phone Number

After we receive your request, we will contact you within 48 hours via email with either an approval or denial.

Upon approval of your your qualifying return, we will notify you by email to return your Pro Cuffs™ to our product return facility.

You will be responsible for packing and returning the Pro Cuffs™ to our product return facility at your expense.

When your returned item is received at our product return facility, the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:

If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.

If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a check from the Pro Cuffs™, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 10 to 14 business days to receive your check from the time we receive you return.
