Pro Cuffs Returns & Refunds Policy

Standard Return Policy:
There are a few important things to keep in mind when returning a product you purchased from the Pro Cuffs website.
- You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
- Only items that have been purchased directly from the Pro Cuffs website or from an authorized Pro Cuffs staff member can be returned.
- Pro Cuffs products purchased through other retailers must be returned in accordance with their respective returns and refunds policy.
- Please ensure that the item you're returning is repackaged with all the elements and documents that were included when you received it.
How to Return An Item:
You must first send us an email message to support@theprocuffs.com with the following information:
- Name
- Email Address
- Subject
- Message ( Your reason for returning the Pro Cuffs, including the date/location of purchase and order/receipt number.)
- Phone Number
After we receive your request, we will contact you within 48 hours via email with either an approval or denial.
Upon approval of your your qualifying return, we will notify you by email to return your Pro Cuffs to our product return facility.
You will be responsible for packing and returning the Pro Cuffs to our product return facility at your expense.
When your returned item is received at our product return facility, the way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank within seven business days of receipt of the returned item. Please contact the card-issuing bank with questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
If you paid with a money order, cashier’s check or other cash equivalent, you will be refunded in the form of a check from the Pro Cuffs, which will be mailed to your billing address. Please allow about 10 to 14 business days to receive your check from the time we receive you return.
